Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analyst to join our AI & Data Defense and Security Segment. The individual will provide data analytics, dashboard development, and general analytical support to a federal client team. This role will support the Data Analytics Branch and contribute to both day-to-day analytical needs and longer-term capability development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical ability, communication skills, and relationship-building to work effectively with client stakeholders and help mature the partnership across the team.
Responsibilities of this role are as follows, to include but not limited to:
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred Bachelor’s degree THREE (3) or more years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across varied assignments Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
Active CBP BI or reciprocity is strongly preferred Exposure to programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS is welcome, but not required THREE (3) to NINE (9) years of professional experience Strong preference for Federal experience Strong communication skills with the ability for oral and written communication with senior levels of management and the Customer
