• Monitoring - Hiring vacancies, time to hire and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Documentation - Maintain proper documentation of hiring information
• Human Resources - Support various HR functions as needed.
• Reporting - Prepare and distribute various hiring reports.
• General Administrative Support - Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth office operations as needed.
• Collaboration - Coordinate with EVP's team and Subways Liaisons to obtain information when required.

Position Title: Data Analyst, Subway Resource & Admin Support, Emerging Talent Intern
Hourly Rate: $19.00 (Undergraduate), $21.00 (Graduate)
All internship positions are onsite and require regular, in-person attendance at the designated work location.

Overview Of Department

The Subways organization moves an average weekday ridership of 4.5 million. We utilize a diverse array of fields of expertise in order to provide safe and reliable service. We are comprised of the following divisions: Maintenance of Way, Service Delivery, Car Equipment, Support Operations, Operations Support, Stations, SIR, Capital Programs. The Executive Vice President's (EVP) team is responsible for directing and coordinating administrative, human resources and other functions to ensure the EVP's office operates seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Tracking - Maintaining Power BI reports for hiring vacancies, time to hire, and identify and correct potential discrepancies of submission.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
• The candidate should possess organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently while being an active team player.

Required Education

• Matriculated in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least 2.5 GPA AND/OR matriculated in a graduate program in good standing with at least 2.8 GPA
• Major(s) Preferred: Information Systems, Daya Analytics, Business management, Public Administration, or related field.
