You will pull data from multiple sources, build dashboards, tell compelling stories with visuals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements that keep iPhone and Apple Watch users connected wherever they are.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience presenting complex data clearly with storytelling.
• Experience building analytic tools and distilling results into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving and independent thinker.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand the system end-to-end and analyze performance and user experience.
• Mine and synthesize data from multiple sources to surface trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support reliable, repeatable analysis.
• Produce clear visualizations, dashboards, and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate complex findings into simple narratives that motivate action and drive improvements.
