Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst within the DNA ML Operations group. Based in in-office locations including Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Dallas or Birmingham, you will deliver analytics, governance, and reporting to drive platform performance and business decisions.

You will partner with technology, analytics, and business teams, develop data-driven insights, and help manage data platforms with a strong emphasis on data governance and operational control.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Certifications often desired; in lieu of a degree, a mix of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize platform data to support reporting and analysis of usage, adoption, capacity, performance, and other key trends.
• Develop reporting and analytics to support platform management and business decision making.
• Analyze platform data to identify usage patterns, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across technology, analytics, and business teams, providing onboarding, training, and user support for enterprise analytics and data platforms.
• Communicate platform performance, governance updates, process changes, status, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.
• Promote compliance with data governance, risk management, and operational control requirements.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $75,000.00 - $137,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
