Job summary

Blue Skies Consulting is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support pre-migration source data profiling, Master Data Management (MDM) and data readiness for SAP S/4HANA. You will assess the quality of Customer, Vendor, and related master data, develop SQL-based profiling logic, and help deliver actionable insights for a successful SAP implementation.

You will partner with the Data Lead and cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, SAP functional consultants, and IT to translate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 3 years supporting SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA data migration or transformation.
Experience with SAP Customer, Vendor master data objects.
Strong knowledge of MDM, data quality, governance, and mapping.

Responsibilities

Profile and analyze SAP customer/vendor master data for quality and migration readiness.
Improve data quality and support MDM initiatives with profiling standards.
Develop complex SQL queries for profiling, reconciliation, and validation.
Design data quality scorecards, dashboards, and executive reports.
Translate requirements into SQL profiling logic, rules, and cleansing criteria.
Collaborate with P2P, OTC, Supply Chain, Finance, and SAP teams to identify gaps.
