Job summary

A consulting firm in Austin, TX is seeking a Data Analyst/Report Writer 3 to build complex data models and visualizations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of data analytics experience and 4 years with Power BI. Responsibilities include developing data solutions and collaborating with teams to tell compelling data stories. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work with state agencies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics with mastery in creating complex reports.
• 4+ years of experience using Power BI to create dashboards and interactive visual reports.
• Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts (Python, M and DAX) and perform efficient deep analysis.
• Experience working with Texas state agencies is preferred.
• Prior data-related tasks experience is preferred (Git/Bitbucket, SAS (.sas7bdat), Jira, BI tools such as SAP and Tableau).
