Qualifikationen

• BS or BA in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• 2+ years of Data Analytics and Data Management experience.
• Advanced expertise in MS SQL-Server, Access, and Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience with Python or R a plus.
• Familiarity with VBA desirable.
• Ability to develop SQL code including stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, indexes and constraints.
• Proficiency with mathematical and related concepts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must focus on details while being able to view larger picture.
• Personal leadership.
• Creativity to get job done when usual methods are not available.

• Maintain and build data sources and statistical tools aligned with company needs.
• Refine data for analyses, including rate reviews and unpaid claims estimates.
• Assist users in defining data requirements for products.
• Analyze raw data from multiple sources and deliver requested outputs.
• Provide recommendations based on analysis.
• Establish data request and delivery protocol.
• Ensure data quality and storage standards are followed.
• Conduct research to support corporate objectives.
• Assist in product review for reasonability and accuracy.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
