Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking a Data Analyst to drive operational excellence at its Wisconsin facilities. You will analyze current manual processes, define problem scope, and develop VBA-enabled automation using Excel, with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights.

Expect to produce robust reports, present findings to stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing efficiency initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills with accuracy.
• Adept at creating queries, writing reports and presenting findings.
• Strong SQL skills are required.
• VBA or similar programming knowledge is required.
• RPA experience is highly preferred.
