Progressive Leasing is seeking a Data Analyst to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved. You will blend analytics, data mining, machine learning, and software engineering to build solutions that drive substantial business impact.

You will develop and improve key decision systems, predictive models, and business processes; explore new data sources; design experiments; and prototype solutions with cutting-edge technologies. You’ll work within a forward-looking data science team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product or data analytics.
• Experience with R, Python, machine learning tools, and SQL.
• Evidence of applying advanced models to real-world problems.
• Ability to craft rigorous research/evaluation designs.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve decision systems and predictive models.
• Explore new data sources internal and external to Progressive Leasing to further model performance.
• Design, implement, and read in-market experiments testing new algorithms, technologies, and processes.
• Prototype solutions to business problems using cutting-edge technologies.
• Recommend and support strategic changes through rigorous analytics, creative problem solving.
• Identify, evaluate, and help implement advanced analytics methods.
