Job summary

Jobot is hiring an Institutional Data Analyst in Michigan to support data-informed decision-making by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to leaders across the organization. You will develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for strategic planning, governance, and student-success initiatives, with emphasis on data accuracy and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics, information systems, education, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in institutional research, data analysis, BI, or related discipline.
• Hands-on reporting, data management and project coordination.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel; ability to perform ad hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, interpret, and communicate institutional data.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Build dashboards and visualizations for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity and usability across systems.
