Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably supporting ERP/financial systems migrations.
• Experience supporting data migration and data validation initiatives in large-scale system implementations.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation.
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated experience validating legacy-to-target data mappings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support data migration, including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Perform data quality assessments to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and data integrity issues.
• Validate legacy-to-target data mappings and migration results.
• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards for insights.
• Use SQL and BI tools to analyze data and create reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
• Document migration activities, validation results, and methodologies.
• Support testing activities including system integration and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure data governance, security, and quality standards.
• Provide analytical support during implementation and post-deployment.
