Qualifications

• Navy Training Management data experience, CeTARS and/or FLTMPS.
• Experience delivering working and executive level briefs.
• Advanced Excel/Access with complex formulas.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform CeTARS data reviews and CIN/CDP establishments and deactivations with supporting docs.
• Analyze data trends and prepare presentations for SCSTC training planning.
• Review Navy Training Project Plans and provide written recommendations.
• Assist in annual training requirement reviews for POM.
• Review Training Phasing Matrices to reduce student wait times.
