Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant data analyst experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of market research processes is highly desired.
• Proficiency with SPSS, WinCross and Excel for large datasets.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript and/or XML is helpful.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• BS or MS in Mathematics, Economics, CS, Information Management or Statistics.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends if needed.
• Collaborative attitude and support for team development.

Responsibilities

• Clean and structure complex data sets in SPSS/alternate platforms, including AI-based apps
• Analyze/interpret results using statistical techniques in SPSS and other programs
• Produce client-friendly data cross-tabulations in WinCross, JMP and our MarketOnce platform
• Perform QA on in-progress surveys
• Develop and maintain databases/data systems
• Develop new process improvements as necessary
