Qualifications

• High school diploma required; enrolled in a 4-year college program with May 2028 graduation preferred.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Entry level; no work experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; modeling, budgeting, variance and run-rate analysis, forecasting, expense review, and vendor financial management.
• Familiarity with process documentation and automation; problem-solving mindset preferred.
• GPA 3.2 or higher preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office; strong interpersonal, written and oral communication.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities; detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds an understanding of the businesses and customers the role supports.
• May answer and direct incoming calls internally and externally.
• Provides support for Manager and other areas as indicated.
• Assist in completing various departmental projects and reports.
• Assists with operational and administrative functions.
