PB Consulting seeks a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop insightful reports, and translate data into actionable insights to drive client success.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with Power BI or Tableau, and advanced Excel capabilities, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced analytics environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience working with relational databases.
• Experience utilizing data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis features.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively convey insights and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through comprehensive data analysis.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical solutions.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve data inconsistencies or discrepancies promptly.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective analytical models and actionable insights.
• Prepare and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports to support ongoing decision-making processes.
• Document data sources, processes, methodologies, and analytical findings for transparency and reproducibility.
• Support the organization's data-driven decision-making initiatives across various business functions.
