Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Analytics, BI, or analytics engineering.
• Advanced SQL with complex joins, window functions & CTEs.
• Strong Python with pandas and boto3.
• ETL/ELT pipelines experience.
• BI dashboard development with QuickSight/Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience defining KPIs with business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.

Title

Title: Data Analyst III
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $45 - $50/Hr

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
• Build dashboards, reports, analyses, and datasets, preferably using QuickSight
• Define data integration requirements and partner with engineering teams on ETL/ELT pipelines
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale datasets
• Develop Python-based automation and data-processing workflows
• Utilize AWS services, including S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Athena, and EMR
• Create and manage Smartsheet automation for operational reporting and program tracking
• Conduct deep-dive and root cause analysis to identify data-quality issues, audit gaps, and process defects
• Leverage AI/ML and GenAI tools to improve analytics efficiency
• Maintain documentation for data flows, business logic, and metric definitions

Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced SQL - complex joins, window functions, CTEs, transformations, and query optimization
• Strong Python - experience with pandas, boto3, and data-processing libraries
• ETL/ELT experience - strong understanding of data pipelines and integration patterns
• BI dashboard development - experience with QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable analytics solutions

Plusses

• QuickSight experience
• Working knowledge of data and analytics services, including S3, Redshift, Glue, and Athena, or equivalent cloud technologies
• Experience with Smartsheet automation
• Experience leveraging AI/ML or GenAI tools for analytics and automation
