Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Data Analyst II for the Global Supply Chain to aggregate data, perform statistical analysis, and ensure data integrity across sources. You will write queries and reports to support analytics projects and present findings to stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in data analytics, experience with Tableau/Power BI, SQL Server, BigQuery, Excel, Power Query, and Power Automate. Onsite work in Mason, OH is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI, SQL Server, Google BigQuery, Excel, Power Query, Power Automate.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to present findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Performs root cause analysis on large data sets and provides actionable recommendations.
• Develops and maintains reporting on KPI’s and dashboards.
• Implements data collection systems to ensure data quality.
• Identifies trends and partners with leaders to discuss insights.
• Proposes data-driven process improvements and change management drivers.
• Leverages automation to streamline reporting and data delivery.
