Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytics experience in a professional setting.
• 2+ years collaborating with Sales, Ops, Product, or similar teams.
• Fluency in SQL to manipulate data and perform complex analyses.
• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting.
• Experience with Looker, Hex, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong communication skills across functions and levels.
• Experience with generative AI/LLM tools to accelerate analyses and reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
• Exposure to data pipelines and dbt/Airflow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply data visualization and storytelling in BI dashboards to enable actionable insights.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to surface trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop self-service data tools for stakeholders to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers on data sources and pipelines.
• Implement data quality checks to ensure dataset integrity across dashboards and reports.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to tailor analyses for strategic planning.
• Contribute to automating recurring analyses and reporting with Python.
