Job summary

Insight Global, based in Minnesota, seeks a data analytics professional to provide analytics, reporting and insights that drive operational efficiency and business performance.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reports, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years with BA degree or 1-3 years with MBA.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization, BI/dashboarding tools, databases and big data technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics, reporting and actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and business performance.
