What you will do to contribute to the company's success
  • Collaborating with departments of the organization, including call centers, operations, IT, marketing, and finance. Assist in data-related activities for interdepartmental initiatives, explain data to departments, and ensure that data is applied to business operations.
  • Developing data graphics like charts, graphs, and dashboards, among others, to simplify the data presentation. Prepare formal reports and convey their recommendations to the stakeholders in a form that people can easily understand.
  • Interpret the findings to establish trends, patterns, and anomalies. This particular approach is useful in understanding big and often unstructured data and transforming it into useful information that leaders can make informed business decisions.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of SQL experience with the ability to filter, aggregate, and build tables (CTEs).
  • 1+ years of technical work experience using visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Periscope.
  • 1+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into relevant insights with a structured and systematic thought process.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, around business reporting impact and requirements, as demonstrated by experience on projects requiring communication between technical and non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel skills, with ability to use power query and create interactive pivot tables.
