Qualifications

• ≥5 years of professional experience in Data, AI, ML or similar technical environment.
• Strong Python skills for ML and data analysis.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and NLP.
• Experience with Kibana/ELK and IBM Watson Assistant is a plus.
• Proficient in French and English, both spoken and written.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

• Analyse et valorisation des données
• Vous collecterez, préparerez et analyserez des jeux de données issus de différentes sources afin d'identifier des tendances, des opportunités d'amélioration et des leviers de performance. Vous produirez des indicateurs pertinents et des visualisations permettant d'accompagner la prise de décision.
• Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les experts métiers, les Data Scientists, les Data Engineers et les architectes IA pour comprendre les besoins, définir les cas d'usage et garantir la pertinence des données utilisées dans les solutions d'intelligence artificielle.
• Vous participerez à la conception et à l'amélioration des pipelines de collecte, de transformation et d'exploitation des données. Vous contribuerez à l'alimentation des systèmes d'IA générative, des architectures RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) et des solutions analytiques avancées.
• Vous développerez des mécanismes de suivi de la qualité des données et de la performance des modèles d'intelligence artificielle. Vous analyserez les résultats, identifierez les biais éventuels et formulerez des recommandations d'amélioration continue.
• Vous concevrez et maintiendrez des tableaux de bord, rapports et indicateurs de pilotage permettant de mesurer l'utilisation, la valeur métier et la performance des solutions IA. Vous faciliterez la communication des résultats auprès des différentes parties prenantes.
• Vous veillerez au respect des bonnes pratiques de gouvernance des données, de sécurité et de conformité réglementaire. Vous contribuerez à garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la traçabilité des données exploitées dans les projets d'intelligence artificielle.
• Vous assurerez une veille technologique sur les nouvelles méthodes d'analyse de données, l'IA générative, le machine learning et les outils de valorisation de la donnée afin de proposer des approches innovantes et créatrices de valeur pour l'entreprise.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Au moins 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la Data, de l’Intelligence Artificielle, du Machine Learning ou dans un environnement technique similaire.
• Maîtrise de Python, notamment pour le Machine Learning et l’analyse de données.
• Connaissances en gestion de bases de données, relationnelles et NoSQL.
• Connaissance du cycle de vie des solutions de Machine Learning, notamment des pratiques MLOps.
• Bonne connaissance des technologies d’Intelligence Artificielle et des enjeux associés, notamment en IA générative (Generative AI).
• Connaissances en traitement automatique du langage naturel (NLP).
• Connaissance de Kibana, de la stack ELK et des solutions IBM telles que Watson Assistant appréciée et considérée comme un plus.
• Maîtrise courante du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
• Bon niveau d’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Preferred technical and professional experience

- Très bon niveau de communication, afin d’assurer point de liaison entre les équipes techniques et l’équipe pour les demandes d’évolutions (rédaction des besoins, relecture des spécifications, réalisation des cahiers de tests,..)

- Animer l’équipe / proposer de nouvelles approches, répondre aux demandes de comptes rendus du responsable d’équipe et de domaine.
