Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Educational Psychology, Statistics, Educational Leadership, Informatics, Information Systems or related field.
• Five years of experience analyzing and interpreting data in a higher education environment or related field.
• Experience conducting assessment of student learning outcomes, exploratory data analysis using statistics/quantitative and qualitative methods, communicating results (preferably in medical school or higher education).
• Proficient in research-oriented software (SAS, SPSS, SQL, Python), data visualization software (Power BI).
• A combination of education, experience, and training to produce required knowledge and abilities may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develops analytic techniques using machine learning and statistics to guide decisions for the Gordy College of Osteopathic Medicine.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses of data across course, student, faculty, and university assessments.
• Creates charts, graphs, dashboards and impact reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manages the Gordy College of Osteopathic Medicine's database and establishes data access and security protocols.
• Supports accreditation, evaluation, and assessment data coordination and reporting.
• Provides consulting and faculty development in survey design, research methodology, and interpretation of results.
• Produces manuscripts for dissemination and develops integrated systems for data collection and evaluation.
