Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a core claims administration system.
• 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and exporting data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Configure managed vision care products in the Facets system.
• Write SQL queries and export data for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate configuration requests.
• Maintain production queues with defined quality and turnaround times.
• Support training and act as subject matter expert for configuration requests.
