Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking Data Analysts & Product Managers to support Army Audit Readiness objectives with a focus on financial management and technology enablement. You will design dashboards and translate data into insights for senior stakeholders.

Role involves acting as a product manager for financial management tech, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with federal standards. Some travel and a federal clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in data analysis, financial management, or technology-enabled transformation projects.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik) and familiarity with Databricks.
• Understanding of federal financial management processes, audit readiness, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to commute to client and Guidehouse offices 3 days per week.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contributor on a data-driven team supporting Army Audit Readiness objectives, focusing on financial management and technology enablement.
• Design and develop financial dashboards and data visualizations translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Act as a product manager for financial management technology solutions, defining requirements and ensuring alignment with audit readiness and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, prioritize features, and manage delivery of scalable solutions.
• Analyze existing financial processes and systems to identify gaps and support modernization initiatives.
• Support integration of advanced analytics and automation tools to improve reporting and decision-making.
