Job summary

Brio Real Estate is seeking an Associate, Data Analyst to strengthen our data ecosystem. You will connect technical and business teams, understand data needs, and deliver insights using Snowflake, Redshift, and SQL Server.

You will partner with the trading desk and other stakeholders to build scalable data solutions and onboard new datasets, turning complex loan-level data into actionable portfolio insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience analyzing complex datasets and writing SQL, Python, or similar languages to automate reporting and analysis.
• Translate business requirements into efficient data solutions while accounting for performance and scalability.
• Passionate about loan-level data and/or structured products.
• 2+ years of professional experience in fintech or structured products, working with loan-level information and understanding amortization, prepayment, default, and loss severity.

Responsibilities

• Play a central role in our data ecosystem.
• Serve as the critical link connecting technical and business functions, supporting essential workflows that power our daily operations.
• Onboard and integrate every new dataset that enters our analytical framework.
• Work directly with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with trading desk to understand their data needs and build queries to support their analysis.
• Work with industry-standard technology.
• Leverage platforms like Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and SQL Server to build scalable data solutions.
