Saransh Inc. is hiring a Data Analyst to join our onsite team in Charlotte, NC (onsite) with collaboration across stakeholders. The role emphasizes SQL data analysis, Python automation, and Snowflake data workflows to transform data into actionable insights.

You will work closely with business teams to define data requirements, design ETL/ELT pipelines, and ensure data quality across warehouse environments. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of AWS services, especially S3.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in gathering requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
• Apply Data Engineering concepts including ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and business teams.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Work with Snowflake to manage, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and data quality checks.
• Support data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Work with AWS services such as S3, Glue, and Athena to support data solutions.
