We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize our network infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, improving network performance, and ensuring reliable connectivity in a remote-first environment.

Design, configure, and maintain network systems including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity

Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement improvements

Troubleshoot network problems and provide timely resolutions

Ensure network security, compliance, and redundancy best practices

Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams on network projects

Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures

Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and implementations

Support network-related aspects of IT projects and initiatives

Junior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years)

Experience in network administration, network engineering, or related IT roles

Knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs

Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools

Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

General Requirements

Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
