EnableComp LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. You will build dashboards, models, and reports, translating findings for executives and partners.

The role requires 5+ years in data analysis, experience with SQL and BI tools, and familiarity with healthcare terminology. Collaboration across teams and a focus on data quality are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or other related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology (e.g., CPT codes, DRG, claims, inpatient/outpatient).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferred.
  • Experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
  • 3 years of integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code.
  • Experience in statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience writing SQL queries.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsabilités

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical models to measure operational and financial performance.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and executive-ready summaries and presentations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Query and manipulate data using SQL and other tools to extract, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis.
  • Build and maintain structured datasets, including joining tables and validating data integrity.
  • Partner with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data management teams to align data solutions with business needs.
  • Apply critical thinking to identify root causes of issues and recommend practical, data-backed solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of all analyses through thorough validation and quality checks.
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and processes to support transparency and repeatability.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to drive understanding and alignment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Stay current on analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends to enhance capabilities.
  • Other duties as required

POSITION SUMMARY

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex healthcare data to generate actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision- making. This role leverages quantitative analysis, reporting, and data modeling techniques to identify trends, measure performance, and drive process improvements. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into analytical solutions and delivers clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
