Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related role preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis preferred.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analyses and large-scale project work using analytical concepts and technical capabilities.
• Extract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple source systems with accuracy.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and conduct ad hoc analyses for senior management insights.
• Understand enterprise data and business processes to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and IT for data alignment.

This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.

Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, preferred
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, or a related role, preferredAdvanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, preferred
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc) preferred
• Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g. Alteryx) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, R), Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

What is expected of you and others at this level

• Apply comprehensive knowledge of analytical concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to independently perform complex analyses and large-scale projects
• Extract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple source systems (ERP, operational systems, external files, etc), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency through validation and quality controls
• Develop, validate, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as conduct ad hoc analyses to provide senior management with critical business insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
• Proactively develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and business processes and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline reporting processes, and develop innovative solutions that advance organizational objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and IT, to ensure data alignment and accuracy while effectively collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment

Anticipated Salary range:

$82,100 - $117,200
