Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in data analysis; Advanced SQL for extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred.
• Experience with other data tools (Alteryx) and/or programming languages (Python, R); Excel proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication; ability to present complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform complex analyses and large-scale projects using analytical concepts.
• Extract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple source systems with validation controls.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and conduct ad hoc analyses for senior management.
• Proactively understand enterprise data and processes to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify data quality improvements and streamline reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and IT; work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, technically strong with data tools, and experienced in building scalable reporting, dashboards, and self-service tools that support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, preferred
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, or a related role, preferredAdvanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, preferred
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc) preferred
• Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g. Alteryx) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, R), Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

What is expected of you and others at this level

• Apply comprehensive knowledge of analytical concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to independently perform complex analyses and large-scale projects
• Extract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple source systems (ERP, operational systems, external files, etc), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency through validation and quality controls
• Develop, validate, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as conduct ad hoc analyses to provide senior management with critical business insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
• Proactively develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and business processes and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline reporting processes, and develop innovative solutions that advance organizational objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and IT, to ensure data alignment and accuracy while effectively collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment

Anticipated Salary range:

$82,100 - $117,200
