Onward Search is seeking a Data Analyst Consultant to transform customer, agent, and business research into actionable insights. You will build data products and dashboards to clarify trends, support strategic decisions, and help leaders understand business needs.

You will develop intuitive dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources, and analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration are essential in this 4-month contract role with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data visualization and data science.
• Experience building dashboards supported by data pipelines.
• Experience with Tableau and scripting or query languages (R, Python, SQL).
• Strong written, verbal, data storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

This role transforms customer, agent, and business research into actionable insights. You'll build data products and dashboards that clarify trends, support strategic decisions, and help leaders understand business needs.
