MedZed Physician Services, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to join our remote-enabled Technology team in Fresno, CA. You will own data sources, dashboards, and reports that power operational decisions across our Medicaid-focused programs.

You will write SQL, shape data models, and develop Python-based pipelines for recurring reporting. Collaboration with product, operations, and clinical leadership is essential to turn questions into decision-grade analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in data analytics roles with decision-grade output.
• Strong SQL skills with performance optimization.
• Advanced BI/dashboarding experience; Tableau preferred.
• Proficiency in Python for data work and automation.
• Clear written and verbal communication; self-directed on lean teams.
• Delivery-focused with high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and improve analytics products end-to-end.
