Job summary

Brightspeed is seeking a Data Analyst to build scalable datasets, dashboards, and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the company. The role collaborates with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable analytics and deliver high-quality insights that support strategic and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing scalable datasets, reporting solutions, and analytical insights.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably GCP.
• Experience with large-scale data warehouses, data lakes, or lakehouse environments.
• Certifications in Data Analytics, Cloud Technologies, or related disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate questions into scalable analytics solutions.
• Extract, integrate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to create trusted datasets for reporting.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, data pipelines, and analytical models using BigQuery and Python.
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and outputs that provide business insights.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity and resolve data quality issues with stakeholders.
• Analyze trends and present findings through clear visualizations for executive audiences.
