Description: We are seeking a highly analytical, technically strong, and relentlessly curious Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer to help transform complex, disconnected data into trusted business insights and scalable data solutions. While strong SQL skills remain essential, success in this role requires a broader capability across Databricks, data engineering, end-to-end analytics, and Power BI development. This role is not limited to querying data-it requires building and optimizing the data foundation, shaping business-ready datasets, and delivering clear, executive-ready reporting and visualization solutions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working across raw data, transformation logic, analytical modeling, and front-end reporting. They enjoy solving difficult problems, thrive in ambiguity, and continuously ask questions to understand not only what happened, but also why it happened, where the data came from, how it should be modeled, and how insights should be delivered to the business in a trusted and scalable way.
