Qualifications

We are seeking a Data Analyst, BI Developer with exceptional expertise in data mining, extraction, modeling, and analytics, combined with strong business acumen. In this role, you will work with both financial and operational data to develop reporting solutions, automate processes, and generate actionable insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities include validating, organizing, and analyzing complex datasets; creating templates and automation workflows; and producing status reporting and dashboards. The ideal candidate will also have experience with RF and/or video monitoring and analysis, including familiarity with platforms such as DataMiner, Qligent, or similar tools, to design and support analytics that monitor the long-term performance of hybrid satellite and/or video delivery solutions. This is a long-term, remote role. Candidates must be fully authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfers. Please note that we do not work c2c.

  • Proficient with creating and developing Power BI and Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a robust BI environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to document, interpret, and adhere to business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and clients at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation

Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long-term consulting opportunity with an annual salary range of $85,000-$120,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
