Job summary

CLA is seeking a Data Analyst Associate to join our growing Data team in St. Louis. Under general guidance, you’ll use the Microsoft Power Platform or scripting to clean data for analysis and visuals in reports or dashboards, and you’ll manage data access to support projects.

You’ll contribute to data analysis, model development, and the delivery of seamless client service as CLA provides integrated services across wealth advisory, digital, audit, tax, consulting, and outsourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Degree in a field of Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or Data Science preferred.
• No prior experience is required; 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: participate in data collection and analysis using tools; support solutions for clients and internal projects.
• Data Development: gain exposure to developing data models and algorithms; learn Predictive analytics, ML, and AI concepts.
• Seamless Client Service: develop understanding of CLA's services to provide integrated client offerings.

CLA is currently seeking a Data Analyst Associate to join our growing Data team. How you’ll create opportunities in this Data Analyst Associate role: Under general guidance, this role makes use of the Microsoft Power Platform or a scripting language to clean up data for analysis and/or visual display in a report or dashboard, and they work out details regarding data access to support a project.

Essential Job Functions

• Data Analysis: Participate in the collection and analysis of data using a variety of data tools. Together with the Data Analytics team, support the building and implementing of solutions for external clients and internal projects. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Data Development: Working under the guidance of a variety of Data Analytics team members, gain exposure to developing custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Gain experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques. Use existing processes and tools to monitor and analyze solution performance and accuracy and communicate findings to team members and end users.
• Seamless Client Service: Develop a comprehensive understanding of CLA's range of services to provide clients with integrated and seamless service offerings.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Experience with APIs, web scraping, SQL/no-SQL databases, and cloud-based data solutions preferred.
• Education Bachelor's degree is required.
• Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Degree in a field of Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or Data Science (e.g., Informatics, Data Science, Health Data Science) preferred.
