The University of Miami is seeking a full-time Data Analyst 2 in Miami, FL (onsite) to support multiple research projects. The position focuses on data analysis, interpretation, and reporting, including work tied to NIMH-funded implementation grant and NIMH-funded intervention development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis using a range of methods, including statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining.
• Identify and apply best practices, then translate findings into actionable insights for current business operations.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and generate reporting to support management decision-making. This may include building dashboards or reporting systems for end users for assigned project(s).
• Interpret business data by identifying trends or patterns across datasets.
• Support dissemination and reporting of data, which may include presentations, workshops, and related activities.
• Analyze data to verify accuracy and report issues to management. Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis.
• Assist with developing or implementing systems to capture business operation information.
• Follow University and unit-level policies and procedures, including safeguards for University assets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
