Job summary

Dexian seeks a Data Analyst to drive data product development and support self-service analytics in a hybrid 3-days-on-site model at McLean, VA / Richmond, VA. The role focuses on re-engineering on-prem data processes for cloud migration and delivering data for partners and regulators.

Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and Python with data analysis capabilities is required, plus an emphasis on governance and data quality as you build end-to-end data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Snowflake SQL.
• At least 1 year of experience with Python programming and automation scripting.
• At least 1 year of experience querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key data lead to drive the development, evolution, and implementation of data products that support self-service analytics.

Position Summary

A data analyst role focused on leveraging versatile technical capabilities to develop, evolve, and implement data products that enable self-service by data consumers. Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a control or risk management domain such as audit or credit operations.


• Over 1 year of experience working within process management and improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.


• Over 1 year of experience demonstrating knowledge of data governance, data quality management concepts, and data quality tools.
