Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in advanced analytics roles, or a master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in analyzing large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, or other advanced analytical frameworks.
• Extensive experience in building enterprise dashboards and visual reports utilizing business intelligence tools.
• Strong track record of validating data integrity, performing statistical analysis, and effectively communicating technical insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to create, maintain, and communicate detailed technical documentation and analytical reports.

Responsibilities

• Extracting, cleaning, and transforming complex structured and unstructured datasets to support operational analysis and decision-making.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools tailored for leadership and operational teams.
• Performing statistical analysis, data modeling, and trend evaluation to identify key operational metrics and insights that inform strategic initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and establish data governance standards.
• Conducting quality assurance, data reconciliation, and validation audits across enterprise data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Maintaining technical baselines, analytical documentation, and reporting procedures to support continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

About The Role

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful reports, and supporting operational decision-making processes. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract, cleanse, and transform data, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics that drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
