About The Company

Taghleef Industries is a global producer of specialty films, serving customers across a range of markets and applications. The company works across functions and regions to support its business operations, customer needs, and continued development. At Taghleef Industries, data can help teams understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. We value thoughtful collaboration, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to reliable work.

About The Role

Taghleef Industries is looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst who enjoys exploring information and turning it into useful insights. In this role, you will collect, organize, and analyze data to help colleagues understand what is happening across the business and why. You will work with stakeholders from different teams to clarify questions, understand reporting needs, and provide analysis that supports day-to-day decisions and longer-term planning.

This position is suited to someone who asks thoughtful questions, investigates problems carefully, and communicates findings in a clear, practical way. You will create reports and visualizations, monitor key measures, and look for ways to improve data quality and analytical workflows. Success means producing accurate, accessible analysis that helps stakeholders make informed decisions—not simply preparing reports.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered. You should have a good working knowledge of SQL and core data analysis techniques, along with experience using Excel and at least one data visualization tool, such as Power BI or Tableau.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to recognize patterns and explain findings clearly. Effective communication and a collaborative approach are important, as you will work with colleagues who have different levels of technical knowledge. You should be willing to learn new tools, seek feedback, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in your day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, checking that information is accurate and reliable. Use SQL to retrieve, manipulate, and examine data from databases. Partner with business teams to understand their goals, challenges, questions, and reporting requirements, then develop analysis that addresses those needs.

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Identify trends, patterns, potential issues, and opportunities that may affect business performance. Translate complex findings into clear insights and practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them. Support business planning and decision-making through dependable, data-driven analysis. Look for opportunities to strengthen reporting processes, improve data quality, and make analytical workflows more efficient. Organize work carefully, communicate progress, and ensure deliverables are prepared to agreed timelines.

Benefits

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business decisions through meaningful analysis and to collaborate with colleagues across different teams. You will have opportunities to build your analytical experience, develop your reporting and communication skills, and learn new tools and approaches. Specific compensation, benefits, and employment terms will be discussed during the hiring process.

Equal Opportunity

Taghleef Industries is committed to fair and respectful employment practices. We welcome applicants with varied backgrounds and experiences and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and suitability for the role. Employment decisions are made without discrimination on grounds protected by applicable law.
