Job description

Kelly is seeking an experienced Data Analyst for a 6-month remote contract opportunity supporting a large enterprise supply chain environment.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring strong experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI. We’re looking for someone who can dig into complex datasets, identify data-quality issues, build reconciliation processes, and troubleshoot problems—not someone who has simply had exposure to these tools.

Compensation & Schedule:
  • $60–$75/hr based on experience
  • Up to $80/hr for an exceptional candidate
  • 100% remote
  • Monday–Friday, standard EST business hours
  • 6-month contract
  • This is W-2 only and C2C (Corp-to-Corp) arrangements will not be considered.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without current or future employment sponsorship
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Perform data-quality assessments across supply chain master data and transactional datasets
  • Develop and execute reconciliation processes to validate data across multiple enterprise systems
  • Write complex Snowflake SQL queries to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues
  • Troubleshoot and optimize long-running SQL queries
  • Perform post-query validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Build automated reconciliation logic and proactive data-quality checks
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Build and optimize DAX calculations and Power BI data models
  • Translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights and recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong hands-on Snowflake experience
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries from scratch
  • Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing SQL queries
  • Strong understanding of query validation and data reconciliation
  • Experience designing data models within Power BI and Snowflake
  • Strong DAX knowledge
  • Experience working with Snowflake database objects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Supply chain data experience is highly preferred

This is a technical role, and the interview process will include detailed questions around SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI. Candidates should be comfortable explaining how they would troubleshoot SQL performance, validate query results, design data models, and work through technical scenarios.

If you’re someone who enjoys getting into the data, finding the problem, and figuring out how to fix it, I’d love to connect.
