PLANIT Group is looking for a candidate in the United States to develop, inspect, and transform data in an engineering setting. This role will focus on supply chain design and managing supplier onboarding through the Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) and Transportation Management System (TMS).
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience with Oracle and SQL, as well as a strong background in data analysis and management. Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to facilitate supplier interactions and project coordination.

Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage in an engineering setting. Conducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification. Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems. Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as liaison with business. Works with technical developers and data scientists to define business outcomes and govern capabilities. A focus on supply chain design and execution is necessary to mitigate program delays, impaired customer and partner relations, inefficient company operations, and compromised LM Aero competitive position. A supply chain professional is needed to execute and coordinate the onboarding of the suppliers into the Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) and Transportation Management System (TMS). The candidate will work within the defined process to ensure suppliers are meeting the time‑sensitive goals aligned with system deployment schedule. The position includes frequent supplier interactions including communicating the strategy and the tasks associated with SNC/TMS acceptance. Daily troubleshooting and supplier assistance related to SNC/TMS questions, onboarding efforts and issues. Assist with status reports for leadership reviews, developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and intervention and problem‑solving with the project manager, suppliers and the internal customer. Manage and track supplier task completion, provide system access based on training completion, support team efforts to ensure security levels are completed and accurate. Knowledge of the supply chain management systems landscape and sourcing process is a significant plus. The most desired skill sets include the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally, build consensus, shape and influence opinion and articulate the future state. There will be a large focus on transforming and mapping data from one system to another.
Preferred: EWI and SAP CAMS experience.
Acceptable: MES (manufacturing execution system) experience.
