• Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis: Engage with business stakeholders and end-users to identify data and reporting requirements, analyze business needs, and translate functional objectives into detailed technical specifications for data collection, transformation, and processing.
• Data Cleansing and Preprocessing: Develop and implement data cleansing and preprocessing procedures using Python and SQL to identify and address missing values, duplicates, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues, ensuring reliable and accurate datasets for downstream analytics.
• Data Workflow Optimization and System Enhancements: Analyze existing customer data workflows, reporting processes, and dashboard solutions to identify performance gaps and recommend technical enhancements that improve processing efficiency, system performance, scalability, and data accuracy.
• Data Pipeline and Architecture Development: Design and configure data pipeline components by defining data ingestion mechanisms, ETL processes, transformation workflows, storage requirements, and integration with reporting and data visualization platforms.
• Data Modeling and Schema Design: Develop logical and physical data models, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), and data-flow diagrams to establish appropriate data structures, relationships, dependencies, and schemas that support efficient data management and analytical processing.
• Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions that transform processed data into actionable insights and provide automated reporting capabilities for management and **clients.**
• Data Validation, Testing, and System Maintenance: Conduct data validation, quality checks, end-to-end testing, and system monitoring to verify the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data pipelines and reporting applications while supporting ongoing maintenance and minimizing system disruptions.
• Technical Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering data processes, system architectures, ETL workflows, pipeline configurations, database schemas, and operational procedures to support system maintenance, knowledge transfer, upgrades, and compliance requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical professionals to design, implement, troubleshoot, and enhance scalable data solutions aligned with organizational and business objectives.
