Job summary

Raydar is seeking a data-focused role to analyze business data, build dashboards, and own the organization’s BI tooling. You will pair hands-on analysis with data modeling to support cross-functional decision making.

Responsibilities include delivering self-service tools, creating scalable data models, and maintaining reporting platforms to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a quantitative/technical field.
• 4+ years of experience with data at scale, including analysis, ETL and automation.
• 3+ years with Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift.
• Advanced SQL in large-scale environments.
• Experience with dbt and Python.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Analyze business and operational data and maintain the reporting tools that help cross-functional groups make informed decisions. Pair hands-on analysis with data modeling and day-to-day ownership of the organization's business intelligence tooling.

What you'll do

• Carry out in-depth data analysis and create dashboards and visualizations for a wide range of internal stakeholders.
• Deliver self-service tools and improved workflows that help internal teams work more independently.
• Design robust, scalable data models that support external client needs.
• Maintain reporting and visualization platforms so that data stays accurate, accessible and available.
• Turn findings into clear insights that inform business strategy.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• A university degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
• 4+ years of experience working with data at scale, including analysis, ETL and process automation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with a major cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift.
• Advanced SQL skills in complex, large-scale data environments.
• A track record in analytics or data science within a fast-moving, early-stage technology company.
• Experience with dbt and Python.
• Understanding of how different users rely on data, and the ability to build the right insights and tools for them.
• Comfort with ambiguity and with taking on complex, high-impact work.
• Clear, concise communication of complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and clients, in person and in writing.
