Full-Time | On-Site | Saddle Brook, New Jersey | Monday–Friday

Chefler Foods, parent company of Mike’s Amazing, is seeking an exceptionally analytical and technically capable Data Analyst to work directly with the CEO on the continued development of the company’s pricing and analytical capabilities.

This is a hands‑on analytical role for someone who is highly skilled with data, enjoys solving complex problems, and can communicate comfortably across all levels of the organization.

The Pricing Data Analyst will play a key role in modernizing legacy infrastructure through advanced analytics, automation, visualization, and AI-enabled tools while supporting critical pricing decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with the CEO to develop and continuously improve the company’s pricing systems and analytical capabilities.

  • Analyze pricing, product costs, margins, profitability, customer data, sales information, and other commercial metrics.

  • Organize, clean, validate, reconcile, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources.

  • Build models that allow leadership to evaluate pricing decisions and understand their financial impact.

  • Modernize existing pricing processes using automation, advanced analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled technology.

  • Identify inconsistencies, trends, and opportunities within pricing and business data.

  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide leadership with greater visibility into key business metrics.

  • Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable information for the CEO and senior leadership.

  • Improve and automate analytical processes and reporting workflows.

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance pricing analysis, reporting, and decision‑making.

  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive processes, identify insights, and improve business intelligence.

  • Work cross‑functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and other departments to gather, validate, and understand business information.

  • Build strong working relationships across departments and communicate comfortably with both operational teams and senior leadership.

  • Support additional analytical and data‑driven initiatives as the company continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or another quantitative discipline.

  • Professional experience in pricing, analytics, finance, data, or a related field.

  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving ability.

  • Ability to work confidently with large, complex, and detailed datasets.

  • Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in data, technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to independently investigate complex questions.

  • Highly personable, collaborative, and comfortable working with people across different functions and levels of the organization.

  • Confident communicator who can ask questions, gather information, challenge assumptions, and explain findings clearly.

  • Ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.

  • Ability to learn new technologies and business concepts quickly.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and concisely to executive leadership.

Preferred Technical Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred but not required:

  • Power BI or other dashboard and visualization platforms.

  • AI-enabled analytics and automation tools.

  • Database and data‑management tools.

Technical aptitude, analytical ability, and the ability to learn quickly are more important than experience with any one specific platform.

Who Will Be Successful Here

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with strong interpersonal skills.

You should enjoy getting deep into data, solving difficult problems, asking questions, and working directly with people across the business to understand what the numbers are actually telling you.

You should be comfortable walking into a meeting, speaking with senior leadership, collaborating with different departments, and explaining complex information in a way that is easy to understand.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the CEO, take ownership of a business‑critical function, and help shape the future of pricing and analytics at Chefler Foods.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Paid time off.

  • Company-sponsored benefits and employee programs.
