What you'll do

• Develop new analytical tools that support management and execution of contracts for the Defense Logistics Agency
• Perform ad hoc analysis of existing data as operational needs arise
• Collaborate with government officials and subject matter experts to translate requirements into analytical tools used in government processes
• Present and explain complex data sets in a consumable, visual format
• Work in a team environment, providing and receiving constructive critiques during tool and analysis development

Required experience

• Experience creating automated processes and analysis
• SQL coding experience
• Expert knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under time constraints
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred qualifications

• Supply Chain and Department of War (DoW) Logistics knowledge or experience

• Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
• Proficiency in visualization applications such as Looker, Qlik Cloud, and Power BI
• Strong experience querying and analyzing data using SAS Viya and Google BigQuery

Compensation and job details

• Salary: USD 55,000 - 60,000 per year
