Job Overview

Apex Systems, a world‑class technology solutions provider, is seeking a Data Analyst to support one of our largest financial industry clients. The role is located in Charlotte, NC / Kennesaw, GA / Plano, TX and is a 12‑month+ engagement with a pay rate of $63‑$68/hr.

Responsibilities

• Collect, quantify, and normalize key performance metrics across engineering organizations within Application Production Services Engineering.
• Publish metrics and dashboards for senior management, initially focusing on “what we currently have” and evolving into “how we can optimize.”
• Tell a compelling story by using data to market, optimize, and clearly provide the value of the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years of data analytics experience or an MBA/masters equivalency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and normalize them for executive consumption.
• Excellent storytelling ability and clear communication across organizational levels.
• Team leadership ability with convergence on a single aligned message.
• Willingness to learn and adapt new processes and technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI / Salesforce Tableau, Light Python/Data modeling languages, Atlassian Jira.
