• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to deliver reliable, analysis-ready datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to support business operations.
• Analyze transportation data to surface trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
• Plan and manage analytics projects from requirements gathering through delivery, including scoping, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
• Complete ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from multiple departments, prioritizing by business impact.
• Share actionable insights and recommendations using clear visualizations and presentations.
• Help establish and document standards for data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and security when working with sensitive company information.

Requirements

• SQL proficiency, including complex queries, joins, and aggregations.
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Familiarity with TMS, Azure, or Data Warehouse environments.
• Experience with data preparation tools such as Tableau Prep or Power Query.
• Ability to present findings to leadership and non-technical audiences.

• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role, including building dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI.
