Collabera Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst/AML for the Retail AML/Transaction Monitoring area. The role includes support for data review across multiple systems and coordination of project tasks. Training will be provided on Transaction Monitoring.
Ideal candidates have experience in financial services or related fields, strong Office Suite skills, and excellent communication abilities to work across locations and teams. The position emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and collaborative teamwork.
Position : Data Analyst/AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
Pay Rate : $21-$22/hr
The opportunity is in Retail AML/Transaction Monitoring. Training will be provided on “Transaction Monitoring”.
Work flexibly in a centralized, high performing team environment, providing robust support to both internal and external clients to include coordinating with team members and stakeholders located in various geographic locations, utilizing virtual communication tools, and ensuring seamless project delivery.
Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks, including but not limited to, coordinating meetings, managing project requests, maintaining project deliverable schedules, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and proper formatting.
Support the review of data across multiple systems and maintain personal compliance of operation regulatory risk in support of the following capabilities: enhance due diligence, transaction monitoring, fraud investigations, grants management, validations, PMO, and controls testing.
Maintain knowledge of policies and processes to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met to include generating AI use cases in efforts to improve quality and productivity.
Handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and help resolve project issues with the support of the Senior Analyst or above; actively contribute to the culture of the center by assisting other team members and supporting the development of SOPs and training initiatives.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold Performance Hub's respectful and courteous work environment.
Experience preferred within one of our primary areas: financial services, retail banking, controls testing, project management, data validation, grants management.
Intermediate proficiency with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and more); demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operation environment.
Intermediate understanding of business and technical competencies, organizational tools, and process with ability to draft, proofread and analyze reports from various database and software applications vis products.
Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable and strong collaboration skills.
