Job summary

Bloom Energy in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Data Analyst to join the team. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement with strong Excel and SQL skills.

You will collaborate across departments to deliver accurate, timely insights and support business operations, using pivot tables and dashboards to inform decisions. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, onsite in Newark.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, pivot tables, and pivot charts.
• Strong SQL experience and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee outside processing of refurbished components and real-time material transactions.
• Produce accurate and timely results in a high-paced work environment.
• Generate and maintain pivot tables, pivot charts, and other analytical reporting tools.
• Create and distribute reports to support operational and business needs.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop automated methods to track and report outsourced processing metrics for business and financial reviews.
• Identify process and system gaps and create business requirements documentation for system enhancements and automation efforts.
• Partner with IT teams to implement automated solutions and process improvements.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
